Join Our Managed Services Team
Demand Side Managed Services is at the forefront of delivering cutting-edge digital marketing services to our clients. Joining Managed Services means working on global projects, leveraging cutting-edge technologies, and shaping the digital marketing landscape for our clients. Expect a culture of continuous learning, collaboration with diverse talents, and impactful contributions to the success of both Datawrkz and our clients. If you thrive on innovation and seek a role where you will make a real difference, the Managed Services team wants to speak with you.
Role Overview
Own the client relationship end to end i.e. onboarding through renewal. You're accountable for retention, revenue growth, and satisfaction across your portfolio. You are the client's primary point of contact and their advocate inside Datawrkz: translate performance into a business narrative, drive account expansion, and hold execution teams to client outcomes.
Performance Managers own the deep campaign analysis. Your job is to know the numbers well enough to lead the conversation, spot growth opportunities before the client does, and turn insight into action and not to wait for someone else's analysis to react to.
Key Responsibilities
Client Ownership & Communication
- Own a portfolio of clients - accountable for retention, satisfaction, and revenue growth, not just relationship warmth.
- Lead client calls, WBRs/QBRs, and performance evaluations against the client's actual objectives.
- Build real relationships across client stakeholders - marketing, growth, and CXO level - not just the day to day contact.
- Own escalations. Be the calm, credible voice of the customer inside Datawrkz when things go wrong.
- Build and present client proposals grounded in performance data and market analysis
Operations & Performance Oversight
- Track performance against CVR, CAC, LTV, ROAS, flag deviations before the client does.
- Partner closely with Adops, Performance Manager, Analysts, and Sales to close execution gaps and drive account growth.
- Own the operating cadence per account like reporting timelines, review schedules, pacing checks, without needing reminders.
- Turn performance data into a business narrative with insights and recommendations.
What separates a high performer here
- Walks into a QBR already knowing what the client is going to ask, and have the answer before they ask it.
- Treats a client escalation as a trust-repair opportunity, not as a task or not as a fire to extinguish and move past.
- Spots the account expansion opportunity in the data before anyone else does.
- Pushes back on execution teams when delivery doesn't match what was promised to the client - doesn't just relay the excuse upward.
Skills and Experience
- 2-6 years in Account Management within digital advertising, digital media, or analytics.
- Proven track record leading client conversations and turning performance data into a business story.
- Fluent in CPA, ROAS, CTR, CVR well enough to drive the conversation independently, not lean on a Performance Manager to translate.
- Strong problem-solving with a real track record of driving client engagement, not just maintaining it.
- Experience managing high-pressure situations, including client escalation resolution.
- Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills.
- Strong organizational discipline manages multiple accounts and budgets without things slipping.
- Experience working with US and/or UK clients or markets.
- Familiarity with digital advertising platforms - mandatory.
Compensation and Benefits
- Medical Insurance Coverage of ₹3,00,000 for individual, spouse, and kids, with the option to include parents and increase coverage to ₹5,00,000
- Performance-driven compensation with upside linked to revenue/gross margin
- Professional development support, including reimbursement for relevant certifications/courses
- A flexible, outcome-oriented work culture, supported by a global leadership team.
- Onsite perks: meals, recreation, and an open, collaborative environment
