About the role

Key Responsibilities Campaign Strategy and Planning: Develop and execute display advertising strategies aligned with business goals, including brand awareness, lead generation, or sales objectives. Ad Creation and Targeting: Collaborate with the creative team to design engaging display ads, utilizing appropriate targeting techniques such as demographic, contextual, and remarketing options. Budget Management: Plan and allocate budget efficiently across campaigns, ensuring maximum return on investment (ROI) while meeting key performance indicators (KPIs). Performance Tracking and Optimization: Monitor ongoing campaigns, analyze data, and make adjustments to bidding strategies, targeting, and creatives to optimize performance. A/B Testing: Conduct regular split tests to improve ad effectiveness and conversion rates (ad formats, copy, targeting, etc.). Reporting and Insights: Generate and present detailed performance reports to stakeholders, providing actionable insights and recommendations for improvement. Staying Up-to-Date with Trends: Keep up with the latest trends in digital marketing, particularly changes to the Google Display Network, industry benchmarks, and emerging ad formats. Compliance and Policy Adherence: Ensure all campaigns follow Googles advertising policies and brand guidelines. Requirements Proven experience as a Media Buyer with a strong focus on Google Display Ads. Proficiency in Google Ads, including hands-on experience with the Google Display Network (GDN). Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions. Familiarity with other digital marketing tools, such as Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and third-party ad management platforms. Experience with remarketing/retargeting strategies and dynamic display ads. Creative mindset and ability to work with design teams to create visually compelling ads. Excellent project management and organizational skills. Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. Google Ads Certification is a plus. Preferred Qualifications Bachelors degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field. Experience working with large-scale ad budgets. Knowledge of programmatic buying is an advantage.
