We’re Hiring: Ads & Media Manager (Video Editing + E-commerce Handling)Company: Ogric

Experience: 1–4 years (Startup / D2C experience preferred)
Role OverviewWe are looking for a creative and performance-driven Ads & Media Manager who can handle paid ads, video editing, content execution, and basic e-commerce operations. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who understands both branding and conversion.
Key ResponsibilitiesAds & Performance Marketing
- Plan, execute, and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ads
- Manage ad creatives, audiences, budgets, and ROAS
- Test creatives, hooks, and ad formats for scale
- Coordinate influencer and creator content (if required)
Video Editing & Content
- Edit short-form videos (Reels, Ads, Shorts)
- Create product, lifestyle, and UGC-style videos
- Repurpose long videos into multiple short formats
- Maintain brand tone, visual consistency, and storytelling
E-commerce Handling
- Manage product listings on Amazon / Flipkart / website
- Coordinate order flow, basic inventory tracking, and pricing
- Optimize product images, descriptions, and creatives
- Track sales performance and customer feedback
Who We’re Looking For- Experience with Meta Ads Manager & creatives
- Strong skills in video editing (Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, Final Cut, etc.)
- Understanding of D2C / e-commerce funnels
- Ability to work independently and take ownership
- FMCG / food / consumer brand experience is a plus
