[ALEXANDER McQUEEN] PERFORMANCE MARKETING SPECIALIST
Google Ads & Meta | Global Campaigns
---
We’re currently looking for someone who has real experience running paid campaigns and understands how performance marketing works beyond just setup.
At Alexander McQueen, this role sits at the intersection of luxury fashion and digital growth — where campaigns are not only optimized for performance, but also aligned with brand identity and positioning.
---
What you’ll be doing
You will be responsible for managing and improving paid campaigns across Google Ads and Meta platforms, working with structured budgets and clear performance targets.
This includes analyzing campaign data, identifying what’s working, scaling successful campaigns, and continuously optimizing for better efficiency.
You will also work closely with creative teams to ensure that ad creatives are not only high-performing, but also consistent with the brand’s direction.
Tracking and data accuracy are important in this role, so experience with tools like GA4, GTM, and conversion tracking is expected.
---
What we’re looking for
We’re looking for someone who has at least 3 years of hands-on experience working with Google Ads and/or Meta Ads.
You should be comfortable managing campaigns independently, making decisions based on data, and handling multiple campaigns at the same time.
Experience in eCommerce, retail, or international markets is a plus, but not required.
Strong communication in English is important, as you’ll be working in a global environment.
---
Compensation
Monthly salary: 3000 – 9000 USD (depending on experience and performance)
We’re open to both full-time roles and flexible arrangements for experienced candidates.
---
Why this role is worth considering
You will be working on real campaigns with real budgets, not just small test accounts.
There is a clear focus on performance and growth, but also room to understand how brand and creative impact results.
You’ll have ownership over your work, without unnecessary micromanagement, and the opportunity to grow into more strategic roles over time.
The working style is flexible, with a focus on output rather than fixed working hours.
