About Benixo Media Benixo Media manages paid media campaigns for premium clients including a luxury heritage resort (wedding + leisure travel), a premium mall, and hospitality brands. We're expanding our performance marketing capability and need a multi-platform Ads Manager who can drive results across every major paid channel — not just Meta.
What You'll Do
- Plan, set up, manage, and optimise paid campaigns across one or more of the following platforms: ☑ Meta Ads (Facebook + Instagram) — Lead Gen, Traffic, Conversions, Awareness
- ☑ Google Search — keyword-based intent campaigns
- ☑ Google Display — programmatic visual placements
- ☑ YouTube Ads — skippable, non-skippable, bumper ads
- ☑ LinkedIn Ads — B2B targeting for MICE/corporate mandates
- ☑ Snapchat & Pinterest — where relevant to client demographics
- ☑ Retail/E-commerce Ads — Amazon Sponsored Ads, Flipkart Ads (for D2C clients)
- Build audience targeting strategies: custom audiences, lookalikes, keyword lists, interest layers, geographic targeting, and intent signals — platform-appropriate
- Set up and maintain tracking infrastructure: Meta Pixel + CAPI, Google Tag Manager, GA4 event tracking, LinkedIn Insight Tag, or platform-native conversion tracking
- Structure lead capture — Instant Forms (Meta), Lead Form Extensions (Google), LinkedIn Lead Gen Forms — with strong qualifying questions
- Analyse campaign performance weekly across KPIs: CPL, CTR, ROAS, frequency, impression share, view-through rate — and present clear, client-friendly reports
- Coordinate with the design and copy team to brief, test, and iterate on creatives (A/B and multivariate testing)
- Manage monthly ad budgets ranging from ₹10,000 to ₹1,00,000+ across campaigns and platforms
What We're Looking For
- Hands-on experience managing paid campaigns on at least 2 platforms for 6+ months
- Proven results: share CPL/ROAS numbers from at least 2 campaigns (platform + objective + outcome)
- Working knowledge of the ad managers and dashboards on your core platforms
- Ability to build audiences, test creatives, and scale winning ad sets
- Comfortable translating campaign results into plain language for clients
Good to Have
- Experience in hospitality, real estate, jewellery, or D2C paid campaigns
- Any platform certification: Meta Blueprint, Google Ads, LinkedIn Marketing Labs
- Familiarity with UTM tracking, GA4, or basic attribution modelling
- Experience running multi-platform campaigns with a unified reporting view (Looker Studio, etc.)
