The Role
We’re looking for an Ads Manager who can independently own paid media strategy and execution across multiple client accounts. You’ll be working across Amazon Ads, TikTok Ads (including Spark Ads), Meta, and Google — building and optimising campaigns that deliver measurable results.
You’ll report directly to the Head of Performance Marketing and work closely with our Partner Success and Catalogue teams to ensure campaigns are aligned with broader brand and listing strategies.
What You’ll Do
∙ Own end-to-end campaign management across Amazon Ads (SP, SB, SD), TikTok Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and Google Ads for a portfolio of eCommerce brands
∙ Build, launch, and continuously optimise campaigns with a sharp focus on TACoS, ACoS, ROAS, and profitability — not just top-line spend
∙ Conduct regular keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitor analysis to inform campaign structure and bidding strategy
∙ Set up and manage TikTok Spark Ads in coordination with creator/UGC workflows
∙ Generate weekly and monthly performance reports with clear insights and actionable recommendations for internal teams and clients
∙ Identify and flag anomalies early — budget pacing, keyword cannibalisation, listing-ad misalignment — and resolve proactively
∙ Collaborate with the catalogue team to ensure landing pages (PDPs) are conversion-ready before scaling ad spend
∙ Contribute to account-level growth strategies and participate in client review calls
What We’re Looking For
∙ 2–4 years of hands-on experience managing paid media for eCommerce brands, ideally within an agency setting
∙ Proven expertise in Amazon Ads (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display) — this is non-negotiable
∙ Working knowledge of TikTok Ads Manager and experience running Spark Ads campaigns
∙ Solid understanding of Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads for eCommerce
∙ Strong analytical mindset — you’re comfortable with data, can build your own reports, and draw clear conclusions from campaign metrics
∙ Familiarity with tools like Helium 10, Data Dive, or equivalent Amazon research tools is a strong plus
∙ Ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously without dropping the ball on performance or communication
∙ Clear written communication skills — you can explain campaign performance to a client without drowning them in jargon
Nice to Have
∙ Prior experience working with US/UK marketplace brands
∙ Exposure to TikTok Shop as a sales channel (not just ads)
∙ Understanding of the relationship between organic rank, listing quality, and ad performance on Amazon
