We are seeking an experienced Paid ads specialist (meta and google) to drive growth through paid digital channels. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of managing and optimising multi-platform advertising campaigns with demonstrable ROI.
Candidates residing in Gurugram will be preferred.
This is an in-office, full-time role in Gurgaon, sector 58.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute performance marketing strategies across multiple platforms including Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram)
- Manage and optimize Shopify promotional campaigns to drive e-commerce sales
- Plan, implement, and monitor advertising budgets across channels
- Create and optimize campaign structures, bidding strategies, and audience targeting
- Meet or exceed established KPIs including monthly lead targets, cost per acquisition (CPA) goals, and quality score benchmarks while maintaining target cost per lead (CPL) within specified budget parameters
- Perform A/B testing of ad copies, creative assets, and landing pages
- Monitor campaign performance metrics and prepare regular performance reports
- Collaborate with creative teams to develop high-performing ad content
- Stay current with digital advertising best practices and platform updates
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in performance marketing/paid digital advertising
- Proven expertise in managing campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads
- Strong experience with Shopify e-commerce platform and promotional campaigns
- Deep understanding of conversion rate optimization and sales funnel management
- Advanced knowledge of digital analytics tools (Google Analytics, platform-specific analytics)
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making
- Proven track record of generating quality leads and achieving ROI targets
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices
- Experience with Google Ads, Google Analytics, and other PPC platforms
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong budget management skills
- Knowledge of SEO principles
