About BabyBillion
BabyBillion is a children’s learning app offering engaging videos and age-appropriate content for kids aged 2–8. We help parents make screen time more meaningful through a safe, ad-free experience that children enjoy and parents can trust.
About the Role
We’re looking for an Ads Creative Strategist who can develop compelling concepts and write high-converting video ad scripts for Facebook and Instagram.
You’ll own the creative process from ideation and scripting to final ad review, working closely with AI video editors and the performance marketing team to create, test and scale winning creatives that drive customer acquisition at a lower cost.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop ad concepts, hooks and messaging angles based on parents’ needs, aspirations and concerns.
- Write engaging Hindi and English video ad scripts with strong openings, relatable storytelling, clear product benefits and compelling calls to action.
- Create detailed creative briefs covering scenes, characters, visuals, voiceovers and pacing for AI video editors.
- Review ad drafts and provide actionable feedback on storytelling, editing, audio, visuals and messaging.
- Collaborate with the performance marketing team to test different concepts, hooks, scripts and formats across Meta ads.
- Analyse performance metrics such as CTR, conversion rates and customer acquisition cost (CAC) to improve creative effectiveness.
- Develop variations of successful creatives and introduce fresh concepts to maintain performance as advertising spend scales.
- Research competitor ads, parent feedback and emerging creative trends to identify new opportunities.
Requirements
- Experience in ad creative strategy, scriptwriting, performance-focused video content or direct-response copywriting.
- Strong scriptwriting skills, supported by a portfolio of ad scripts or creatives you have personally developed.
- Ability to write natural, relatable and persuasive scripts in Hindi and English.
- Understanding of Facebook and Instagram video advertising, including hooks, CTAs, consumer psychology and conversion-focused storytelling.
- Ability to provide clear creative direction and actionable feedback to video editors.
- Familiarity with performance metrics such as CTR, conversion rate and CAC, and the ability to use insights to improve creatives.
- Strong ownership, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced startup environment.
Good to Have
- Experience with consumer apps, subscription products, EdTech, parenting or children’s brands.
- Familiarity with AI video creation tools and their creative possibilities and limitations.
- Demonstrated success in improving customer acquisition through performance-driven ad creatives.
What Success Looks Like
A consistent pipeline of compelling, high-quality Meta ad creatives that convert parents into paying customers while helping BabyBillion acquire customers more efficiently.
