Software Engineer, Digital Transformation

As a Software Engineer, Digital Transformation, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing software solutions that drive the digital transformation of our organization. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, identify opportunities for process improvements, and deliver innovative technology solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Analyze business requirements and design software architecture to meet those needs - Develop and implement scalable, secure, and maintainable software applications - Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure project alignment and successful delivery - Participate in agile software development practices, including code reviews, testing, and continuous integration - Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and best practices, and recommend improvements to our software stack - Mentor and guide junior team members, sharing your expertise and helping them grow Required Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field - 5+ years of experience in software development, with a strong understanding of object-oriented design principles and software engineering best practices - Proficiency in one or more programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, C++, C#) - Experience with web application development, including front-end and back-end technologies - Familiarity with agile software development methodologies and tools - Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills - Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment - Experience in digital transformation initiatives or IT modernization projects is a plus
