Data Scientist

Join ADP to make a meaningful impact as a Data Scientist on the Digital Platform Data & Analytics team. You will be responsible for working on large-scale data problems, leveraging advanced analytical techniques, and uncovering insights to drive business decisions. In this role, you will:- Develop and implement advanced data models, algorithms, and statistical methods to drive insights and optimize business performance- Collaborate cross-functionally with business stakeholders to understand their data and analytical needs, and deliver data-driven solutions- Apply machine learning and deep learning techniques to build predictive models and recommend actions that improve business outcomes- Automate and scale data processing and model deployment to enable self-service analytics- Communicate analytical findings, recommendations, and insights effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences- Stay up-to-date with the latest data science tools, techniques, and technologies, and contribute to the team's technical capabilities
