Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for an Adoption Manager. The Adoption Manager will be responsible for guiding and supporting clients through the implementation and integration of the Tier 25 platform and related services. They will work collaboratively with stakeholders to address challenges, provide coaching, develop case plans, and ensure successful adoption of the company’s digital solutions. The role also includes leading team efforts within client organizations, facilitating communication, and promoting alignment with organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Strong Supervisory Skills, with experience in leading and managing teams
- Background in Social Work, with an understanding of principles for building supportive client relationships
- Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients and convey key strategies effectively
- Proficiency in Case Management and process improvement workflows
- Experience or understanding of Mental Health practices and sensitivity to client wellbeing
- Ability to work independently and remotely, managing multiple client accounts effectively
- Proven ability to solve problems and provide tailored client solutions
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Human Services, or a related field is preferred
