Solutions Consultant, Adobe Experience Manager

As a Solutions Consultant on the Adobe Experience Manager team, you'll play a strategic role in helping our customers achieve their digital transformation goals. You'll leverage your deep technical expertise and business acumen to analyze customer requirements, design solutions, and guide them through successful implementation and adoption of Adobe Experience Manager. In this customer-facing role, you'll collaborate closely with account teams, technical teams, and customers to ensure the successful delivery of Adobe Experience Manager solutions. Your responsibilities will include: - Understanding customer requirements and translating them into technical solutions using Adobe Experience Manager - Designing and documenting solution architectures - Conducting product demonstrations and workshops to showcase Adobe Experience Manager capabilities - Providing technical guidance and best practices to customers during implementation and ongoing support - Collaborating with cross-functional teams (sales, professional services, product management) to ensure customer success - Staying up-to-date with the latest Adobe Experience Manager product roadmap and capabilities - Identifying new business opportunities and supporting the sales process
