About the role

The Senior Data Science Engineer will be responsible for helping expand and scale Adobe's data science capabilities globally. You will work collaboratively with teams across the organization to develop and deploy innovative, production-ready data-driven solutions. This role requires strong technical and communication skills to interface with stakeholders, understand business needs, and translate them into impactful data solutions. Responsibilities: • Design and build robust, scalable data processing and machine learning pipelines • Collaborate with subject matter experts to understand business problems and develop optimal solutions • Develop and prototype novel algorithms and models to tackle complex data challenges • Automate and operationalize data science solutions and workflows • Mentor junior data scientists and engineers • Stay current with the latest advancements in data science and machine learning Requirements: • 5+ years of experience in data science, machine learning, or a related field • Expertise in one or more machine learning frameworks (e.g. TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn) • Strong background in statistical analysis, optimization, and model evaluation • Proficient in Python, SQL, and cloud-based data engineering tools • Experience deploying and scaling data-driven applications • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, or a related quantitative field
