Product Designer, UX

As a Product Designer on the Customer Experience team, you will be responsible for designing intuitive and delightful experiences across our web and mobile applications. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand user needs, define product requirements, and create user interfaces that meet those needs. You will also participate in user research, usability testing, and iterative design to continuously improve our products. Responsibilities: - Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other designers to define and refine product requirements and user flows. - Design user interfaces and interactions for web and mobile applications. - Produce high-fidelity visual design mockups, prototypes, and specifications. - Participate in user research and usability testing to gather insights and iterate on designs. - Work closely with engineering teams to ensure designs are implemented accurately. - Stay up-to-date with design trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
