The role will focus heavily on supporting Marketing Automation tools, standards and practices and requires hands-on technical experience in system configuration, ETL data management and REST APIs, as well as business familiarity with account-based multi-channel marketing journey management and solution design methodologies.
System integration experience and Marketo Certification is required. Previous experience in project management, work management solutions (Workfront, Jira, Asana), and CRM management (Salesforce or Dynamics) is desired.
Skills:-
- Strong background managing marketing technology and marketing automation. Experience rolling out new MarTech is a plus
- Certified Marketo expertise: Experience with hands-on administration, configuration and production in Marketo
- Knowledge of Salesforce or Dynamics and other marketing automation point solution integrations
- Strong analytical skills. Ability to build, analyse and report operational metrics
- Strong written and verbal communicator, highly articulate, makes arguments in a compelling manner
- Comfortable working in a complex technical environment in a highly matrixed organization
- Ability to summarize and present technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Experience driving projects from start-to-finish, even when faced with deep complexity and ambiguity
What you'll Do
- Enable – Serve as primary point of contact for internal Adobe marketing teams requiring process onboarding & daily run-the-business support
- Monitor & Measure – Empower team with operational insight and standard methodologies to improve platform performance
- Collaborate – Partner with operational process or functional tool owners to reduce errors and address issues
