Job Description – Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) Developer

Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) Developer with 5–7 years of experience in Adobe Experience Cloud technologies. The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing customer journey solutions using AJO.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement customer journeys using Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO).
- Work with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), schemas, datasets, and identity services.
- Configure and manage Journeys, Segments, Audiences, and Campaigns.
- Work with Adobe Experience Platform APIs and integrations.
- Develop and troubleshoot email, push, and other communication channels.
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
- Perform testing, debugging, and production support.
Required Skills
- 5–7 years of relevant experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO).
- Good knowledge of Adobe Experience Platform (AEP).
- Experience with SQL, APIs, JSON, and JavaScript.
- Experience with audience segmentation and journey orchestration.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
