Role Description This is a full-time remote role for an Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) specialist at Mavlers. The role involves designing, configuring, and managing AEP solutions, including data ingestion, identity resolution, audience segmentation, and activation across multiple channels. The specialist will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable AEP architectures, implement customer journeys, and ensure data quality and compliance with privacy standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing customer data flows, optimizing tracking and tagging implementations, troubleshooting technical issues, and integrating AEP with other MarTech and CRM systems. The role also includes documenting solutions, providing technical guidance to stakeholders, and contributing to continuous improvement of digital experiences and marketing performance.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills to interpret complex datasets, evaluate AEP performance, and derive actionable insights for personalization and optimization.
- Excellent Communication skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders, document solutions clearly, and present recommendations effectively.
- Hands-on experience with Software Development (e.g., JavaScript, APIs, SDKs) to implement and customize AEP integrations and data pipelines.
- Proficiency in Solution Architecture for Adobe Experience Platform or similar MarTech stacks, including data modeling, identity stitching, and omnichannel activation design.
- Demonstrated Project Management skills to plan, prioritize, and deliver AEP implementations or enhancements within agreed timelines and quality standards.
- Experience with Adobe Experience Cloud tools (such as Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, Adobe Journey Optimizer, or Adobe Campaign) is highly beneficial.
- Familiarity with data privacy, security, and compliance practices (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) in customer data platforms and marketing technology environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
