Job Overview
We are looking for a high-caliber
Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and
Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) expert to lead advanced customer journey orchestration. This role is ideal for a technical strategist who excels at turning complex data into personalized customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Platform Orchestration: Lead hands-on implementation and management of AEP, AJO, and Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) .
- Journey Mapping: Design and execute complex customer journey orchestrations and real-time personalization strategies.
- Data Validation: Utilize Strong SQL skills for audience creation, data modeling, and rigorous validation of customer segments.
- Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical workflows.
- Analytical Strategy: Apply deep understanding of data models and database concepts to optimize marketing automation.
Candidate Requirements
- Experience: 5+ years of core experience in the Adobe Experience Cloud ecosystem.
- Technical Proficiency: Expert-level knowledge of AEP and AJO is mandatory.
- Domain Knowledge: Experience in Banking or Financial Services marketing processes is highly preferred.
- Problem Solving: Proven ability to troubleshoot complex data flows and segmentation logic.
