Role Description
Design and implement API-based and event-driven integrations (REST APIs, webhooks, streaming events)
Apply AI/ML concepts to segmentation, personalization, and journey optimization
Troubleshoot end-to-end data flow issues across AEP, AJO, CRM, Marketo, and other downstream systems
Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and engineering teams
Ensure data governance, consent management, privacy, and platform best practices are followed
Communicate effectively with stakeholders on progress, risks, and delivery status
Create technical documentation and provide knowledge transfer as needed
Skills:
Must Have
Strong hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP)
Strong hands-on experience with Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO)
Experience with customer data modeling, XDM schemas, datasets, and identities
Experience integrating AEP with CRM platforms (Salesforce/Dynamics)
Working knowledge of AI / ML concepts applied to personalization or decisioning
Hands-on experience with AEP ↔ Marketo (MCZ) integrations
Experience with APIs and integrations in a MarTech ecosystem
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Nice to Have
Experience with RTCDP, AJO B2B, or Adobe Analytics solutions
Exposure to GenAI use cases in marketing or customer experien
Experience with CRM integrations (Salesforce or Dynamics)
Experience working in large enterprise MarTech environments
