About the role

The Customer Success Account Manager - India Greenfield is responsible for managing and expanding Adobe's strategic accounts in India with a focus on driving new business and customer success. Responsibilities: - Develop and execute on go-to-market strategies tailored to customer needs and Adobe product capabilities - Establish and maintain executive-level relationships with key customer stakeholders to strengthen existing partnerships - Identify and pursue opportunities to drive the adoption and expansion of Adobe's solutions and services - Partner closely with Adobe's pre-sales, delivery, and customer operations teams to ensure successful customer implementations and renewals - Effectively communicate customer feedback and insights back to the product and sales organization to improve our offerings - Manage a pipeline of opportunities and drive measurable growth and retention within your portfolio of accounts Requirements: - 7+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a software/technology company with a focus on enterprise accounts - Strong track record of closing new business and expanding existing relationships - Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills - Proven ability to build trusted partnerships with C-suite and senior-level executives - Deep understanding of enterprise software solutions and the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value - Familiarity with the Adobe Creative Cloud and Adobe Experience Cloud product portfolios is preferred - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field required
