Customer Experience Advocate - Adobe Commerce

As a Customer Experience Advocate, you will play a critical role in supporting Adobe Commerce (Magento) customers and partners. You will work closely with our customers and partners to provide exceptional customer service, troubleshoot issues, and advocate for their needs within Adobe. This role requires strong technical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for building lasting customer relationships. Key responsibilities include:- Providing high-quality technical support and troubleshooting for Adobe Commerce customers and partners- Documenting and escalating customer issues, feature requests, and product feedback to internal teams- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to quickly resolve customer issues- Proactively identifying opportunities to improve the customer experience- Contributing to the development of self-help resources and training materialsMinimum Qualifications:- 2+ years of experience in a technical support, customer service, or a similar customer-facing role- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate technical information for non-technical audiences- Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills- Working knowledge of e-commerce platforms, content management systems, and/or web technologies- Familiarity with the Adobe Commerce (Magento) platform is a plus- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet customer needs and deadlines- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
