Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Adobe Campaign Classic (ACC) professional to lead and support end-to-end implementation projects. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in ACC architecture, campaign workflows, data models, integrations, and client-facing delivery. This role requires hands-on technical implementation experience along with the ability to collaborate with business stakeholders and mentor junior team members.

We are about 550+ people strong, and we cater to Product & Data Engineering use-cases around Agentic AI, RPA, Full-stack, and various other GenAI areas.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support end-to-end Adobe Campaign Classic (ACC) implementations
- Gather and analyze business and technical requirements from clients
- Design and implement data models, schemas, and campaign workflows
- Configure campaigns, delivery templates, and technical workflows
- Set up and manage ETL processes, data imports, and outbound data flows
- Develop custom solutions using JavaScript, SQL, and ACC scripting
- Integrate ACC with external systems and Adobe Experience Cloud products
- Manage installation, upgrades, patches, and environment configurations
- Provide post-implementation support, troubleshooting, and performance optimization
- Create technical documentation, implementation plans, and solution designs
- Deliver client training and knowledge transfer sessions
- Collaborate with QA teams to ensure high-quality delivery
- Mentor junior consultants and developers (for senior roles)
Must-Have Skills
- Strong hands-on experience in Adobe Campaign Classic (ACC) implementation
- Experience in 23 full lifecycle ACC implementation projects
- Strong knowledge of campaign workflows, delivery templates, and technical workflows
- Expertise in data model design, schemas, and database architecture
- Strong SQL skills (Oracle / SQL Server / PostgreSQL)
- Strong JavaScript programming skills (mandatory)
- Experience with ETL processes, data flows, and data imports
- Experience integrating ACC with external systems / APIs
- Strong troubleshooting and support experience
- Client communication and requirement gathering skills
