Role Overview:

We are looking for a seasoned Digital Analytics professional to lead and scale our web and mobile analytics ecosystem. This role will drive customer journey insights, measurement frameworks, and data-driven decision-making across digital channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end digital analytics initiatives across web and mobile platforms
  • Define tracking strategy, tag management, and implementation roadmap
  • Gather business requirements, create BRDs/user stories, and work with Agile teams for execution
  • Manage and optimize tools like Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, and AppsFlyer
  • Drive customer journey analysis, campaign performance tracking, and conversion optimization
  • Build dashboards and reports (experience with Tableau is a plus)
  • Ensure data accuracy, governance, and compliance (GDPR, consent management)
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to generate insights and enable data-driven strategies

Key Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in Adobe Analytics / Adobe Launch
  • Strong hands-on experience with analytics & tag management tools (Adobe Launch preferred)
  • Experience in measurement frameworks, attribution, and reporting
  • Knowledge of SQL, Python, or R is a plus
  • Familiarity with Agile tools like JIRA & Confluence
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with AEP SDK implementation
  • Exposure to tag auditing tools (e.g., ObservePoint)
  • Understanding of digital marketing channels (Search, Social, Display)
