About the role

Key responsibilities: 1. Provide implementation consultancy and post-deployment support for Adobe Campaign clients. 2. Assess client requirements and translate them into solution architecture and ETL workflows. 3. Design, configure, and deploy Adobe Campaign modules and campaigns. 4. Develop customized scripting and logic for campaign workflows, landing pages, and reports. 5. Install, upgrade, and configure Adobe Campaign software. 6. Conduct knowledge transfer sessions and provide training to client users. 7. Diagnose and resolve technical issues proactively. 8. Prepare and manage implementation documentation and delivery status reports. 9. Collaborate with global consulting teams and adopt industry best practices. 10. Support Digital Marketing Consultants with technical guidance and mentoring.
