ADNOC Technical Academy is a training facility established in 1978 that provides specialized technical training in the oil and gas industry for the Emirati youth. The ADNOC Accelerator Program Fresh Graduates is a development pathway to permanent employment within ADNOC for high-calibre Emirati graduates. It exposes trainees to the culture and values of ADNOC before potentially being offered permanent employment as direct hire employees and facilitate that transition. The ADNOC Accelerator Program Scholars is a prestigious accolade granted to a select number of talented individuals, following a competitive application process. We provide guidance and support for outstanding students to pursue undergraduate and postgraduate programs in specialized disciplines at prestigious institutions, both within the UAE and abroad. ​​​​The ADNOC Accelerator Program Internship offers university students with diverse talents the opportunity to gain hands-on experience through learning placements within the ADNOC Group. The ADNOC Accelerator Program RO'YA is designed to nurture the next generation of Emirati talent in the UAE. We accept applications from young and talented Emirati high school students who have completed grade 10, to join our program.
