Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated Admissions Counselor for a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru. The Admissions Counselor will be responsible for guiding prospective students through the admissions process, providing detailed information about academic programs and facilities, and actively engaging with potential students and their guardians. Additional responsibilities include organizing admission campaigns, managing application reviews, ensuring proper documentation, and maintaining records. The role also involves engaging with stakeholders to highlight the benefits of an SKIT education.
Qualifications
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and counseling skills
- Proficiency in student engagement, relationship management, and public speaking
- Data entry and record-keeping skills with high attention to detail
- Basic understanding of marketing strategies and familiarity with educational industries
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to work with a variety of individuals
- Knowledge of admission procedures and education programs, with flexibility to work on-site
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field
- Experience in the education sector or a similar role is a plus
