Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Admission Counselor based in Noida. The Admission Counselor will be responsible for guiding prospective students through the admission process, addressing inquiries, and providing information about Henry Harvin’s courses. They will build strong relationships with students, handle enrollment activities, and contribute to achieving sales and recruitment targets. Additional tasks include counseling individuals on education decisions and offering excellent customer service to ensure a positive onboarding experience.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with a focus on addressing student inquiries and building relationships.
- Sales and Student Recruiting skills to drive enrollment and support education decision-making processes.
- Familiarity with the Education sector, with experience in academic counseling or admissions being an advantage.
- Proficiency in time management, problem-solving, and maintaining a professional demeanor.
- Proven ability to meet targets and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- A bachelor's degree in any field is required; a background in education, counseling, or a related area is preferred.
