Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Admissions Specialist UK, based in Ludhiana. The Admissions Specialist will actively engage with prospective students, guide them through the admissions process, and ensure they meet application requirements for higher education programs in the UK. Responsibilities will include effective communication with students and stakeholders, providing excellent customer service, assisting with student recruitment, and promoting educational opportunities. The role requires maintaining a professional and supportive relationship with students and other partners.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills for engaging with students and stakeholders effectively
- Experience in Student Recruiting and an in-depth understanding of the admission processes for UK higher education
- Sales and Education skills to guide students toward suitable academic programs and ensure successful enrollments
- Problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to addressing application challenges
- Knowledge of the UK higher education landscape is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred
