Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Admissions Specialist, based in Punjab, India. The Admissions Specialist will manage the end-to-end admissions process, facilitate student recruitment, provide exceptional customer service, and consult with prospective students to guide them through application procedures. The role involves building relationships with students, ensuring applications align with institutional requirements, and maintaining strong communication with university representatives.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with students and institutions
- Sales and Student Recruiting experience, with a focus on engaging and enrolling prospective candidates
- Understanding of Education systems, particularly the United Kingdom's higher education structure
- Ability to work collaboratively in a professional, on-site environment
- Proficient organizational and time-management skills
- Previous experience in admissions or education consultancy is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred
