Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Admissions Specialist located in Mumbai. The Admissions Specialist will engage with prospective students, provide counseling on study options, assist with the application process, and support their journey from initial inquiry to admission. Daily responsibilities include conducting consultations with students, assessing academic backgrounds, guiding them on admission requirements, processing applications, and collaborating with institutions. The role also involves providing excellent customer service and maintaining records to ensure seamless workflow.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with students and stakeholders.
- Experience in Sales and Student Recruiting, with the ability to guide and convert inquiries into successful admissions.
- Knowledge of Education pathways and familiarity with international study options.
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and proficiency in working with application and documentation processes.
- Ability to handle inquiries professionally, with a student-focused approach and problem-solving mindset.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and tools is advantageous.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience preferred.
