Role Description
This is a remote internship role for an Admissions Sales Intern at Edrix. The intern will assist in engaging with prospective students, providing them with detailed information about available programs, and guiding them through the admissions process. Key responsibilities include handling inquiries, assisting with student recruiting, maintaining accurate records, and contributing to sales and customer service efforts. The intern will gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and collaborative online work environment.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills for effective interaction with prospective students and resolving their queries.
- Sales and Student Recruiting experience to contribute to admission strategies and drive enrollments.
- Understanding of the Education field and e-learning platforms is a plus.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting while collaborating with a team.
- Enthusiasm for higher education and professional upskilling initiatives.
- Pursuing or completed a degree in a related field such as Sales, Marketing, or Education is preferred.
