Role Description
The Admissions Representative is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida. The responsibilities include engaging with prospective learners, providing consultation about Edrix's course offerings, assisting applicants throughout the admissions process, and maintaining strong relationships with students. The role also involves achieving enrollment targets, delivering high-quality customer service, and participating in training sessions to stay updated on course details and enrollment best practices.
Qualifications
- Strong Interpersonal Skills and ability to build relationships with prospective students
- Effective Communication and active listening skills to understand students' needs
- Customer Service excellence in addressing inquiries and resolving concerns
- Sales aptitude with the ability to achieve and exceed enrollment targets
- Capability to undergo and contribute to Training sessions to improve role performance
- Proven time management and organizational skills
- Proficiency in working with CRM tools or enrollment software is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred. Experience in admissions or a similar role is a plus
