Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for an Admissions Recruiter based in Kozhikode. The role involves managing and executing recruitment strategies to attract prospective students to the college. Responsibilities include conducting outreach activities, organizing recruitment events, engaging with prospective students and families, providing guidance during the admission process, and effectively maintaining records of recruitment efforts. Collaboration with marketing and academic teams to ensure alignment of messaging and enrollment goals is also a key aspect of the role.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Enrollment Management, including developing and executing recruitment strategies
- Strong Communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage effectively with prospective students and families
- Customer Service skills to provide assistance and support throughout the admissions process
- Experience in Recruiting and Student Recruiting, with a focus on higher education admissions
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems or CRM platforms is advantageous
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business, Marketing, or Communications
- A passion for education and commitment to the mission and values of Dimois College of Business
