Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Jaipur for an Admissions Officer/Student Support & Admission Officer. The role involves assisting prospective students through the admission process, managing inquiries, and converting leads. Responsibilities include providing counseling to students and parents, conducting admission formalities, maintaining student records, coordinating with academic and administrative teams, and delivering excellent customer service. The role also involves creating a welcoming and supportive environment to ensure a positive applicant experience.


Qualifications

  • Strong Interpersonal and Communication skills for effective interaction with students and parents
  • Experience or knowledge in International Admissions and education systems
  • Customer Service expertise to deliver exceptional support to prospective and current students
  • Experience or interest in working in the Educational sector
  • Proficiency in English with excellent written and verbal communication
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team and in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in using basic computer applications such as MS Office
  • Prior experience in admissions or counseling roles is advantageous
  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in a relevant field would be preferred
