Role Description
This full-time on-site role is based in Mumbai and requires a dedicated Admissions Officer to manage the student admissions process. The Admissions Officer will review and process applications, provide guidance to prospective students, and liaise with internal departments to ensure seamless enrollment experiences. The role also includes addressing applicant inquiries, supporting international admissions processes, and maintaining compliance with institutional policies and standards.
Qualifications
- Strong Interpersonal Skills and Customer Service orientation to effectively engage with students and stakeholders.
- Experience with International Admissions processes and a solid understanding of educational qualifications and documentation.
- Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, to convey clear and professional information.
- Familiarity with the Education sector, including Indian and global educational systems, is preferred.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team-based environment, combined with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with admissions software and a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field are advantageous.
