Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Admissions Officer at The University of Western Australia's office in Mumbai. The Admissions Officer will be responsible for processing applications, evaluating eligibility for international programs, assisting prospective students, and providing guidance throughout the admissions process. The role involves frequent communication with students and parents, ensuring accurate information is conveyed, and delivering excellent customer service. Additionally, the Admissions Officer will liaise with academic departments and maintain up-to-date knowledge about university policies and programs.
Qualifications
- Strong Interpersonal Skills and ability to build relationships with prospective students, parents, and colleagues
- Experience in International Admissions processes and enrollment management
- Excellent Communication skills, including verbal and written proficiency
- Proven ability in Customer Service and delivering a positive client experience
- Familiarity with the Education sector, preferably with experience in higher education admissions
- Organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and standard office software
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred
- Experience in a multicultural or international setting is an advantage
