Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Ernakulam for an Admissions Officer. Primary responsibilities include coordinating and managing the admission process, providing personalized guidance to prospective students, facilitating communication with interested candidates, supporting students during their admissions journey, and ensuring a seamless customer service experience. The Admissions Officer will also collaborate with international and local stakeholders to meet enrollment targets while upholding institutional values and standards.

- Strong Interpersonal Skills with the ability to engage professionally with students and stakeholders
- Experience in Domestic Admissions and familiarity with related processes
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills for handling inquiries and resolving concerns effectively
- Understanding of the Education sector and its associated processes
- Proficiency in using office tools and student management systems
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment and manage tasks efficiently
- Previous experience in a similar role or in the education or training sector is a plus
