Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Admissions Officer, based in India. The Admissions Officer will be responsible for providing guidance to students regarding course selection, assisting with college admissions processes, handling inquiries, and offering exceptional customer service. They will coordinate closely with students, parents, and educational institutions to ensure smooth admissions and compliance with international or domestic educational guidelines.
Requirements
- Strong Interpersonal Skills to build positive relationships with students, parents, and institutions
- Experience with Admissions processes and regulations
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service abilities for addressing inquiries and providing support
- Familiarity with the Education sector and course selection systems
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Proficiency in English and cross-cultural communication is an advantage
- Experience in career counseling or educational consulting is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Counseling, or a related field is desirable
