Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Admissions Officer located in Nagpur. The Admissions Officer will play a key role in supporting prospective students throughout the admissions process by providing guidance, addressing inquiries, and assisting with applications. Responsibilities include maintaining strong communication with prospective candidates, offering exceptional customer service, and ensuring proper evaluation of applications. Additionally, the Admissions Officer will engage in international admissions efforts and collaborate with educational institutions to meet enrollment goals effectively.
Qualifications
- Strong Interpersonal Skills and ability to establish meaningful connections with candidates
- Experience with International Admissions processes and working with global student populations
- Excellent Communication abilities, both verbal and written
- Customer Service skills for effectively addressing applicant needs and concerns
- Knowledge or experience in the Education industry or academic environments
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
Criteria
📍 Location: Nagpur
📅 Experience: 2 to 6 years
💰 CTC: 4.5 LPA to 6.5 LPA + Incentives + Travel Allowances
Qualification:
1. Good communication skills
2. The candidate should be a graduate
3. Convincing power
4. Field sales / inside sales experience is required.
5. Good experience in counselling.
