Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Admissions Officer role based in Madgaon. The Admissions Officer will be responsible for overseeing student enrollment processes, counseling prospective students and their families, assisting with international admissions, and maintaining effective communication to provide accurate information about the institute. The role also includes collaborating with the administration to ensure a smooth admissions process and offering excellent customer service to prospective candidates.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for engaging effectively with students, families, and other stakeholders.
- Experience in international admissions and knowledge of admission processes in educational institutions.
- Proficiency in customer service to ensure a high-quality experience for prospective students and their families.
- Familiarity with the education sector and a commitment to fostering academic growth and inclusion.
- Organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Experience in data management and familiarity with admissions software is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in education, communication, business, or a related field preferred.

📍 Location: Margaon(South Goa)
📅 Experience: 2 to 6 years (Freshers can also be considered with good communication skills and sales knowledge)
💰 CTC: 4.5 LPA to 6.5 LPA + Incentives + Travel Allowance
