Job Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Admissions Officer who will be responsible for student enrollments, field sales, and local marketing activities to drive admissions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads through field visits, school & coaching tie-ups
- Conduct seminars, presentations, and career counseling sessions
- Convert walk-ins and leads into confirmed admissions
- Build and maintain relationships with schools, tuition centers & consultants
- Plan and execute local marketing activities (canopy, pamphlet distribution, events)
- Maintain daily reports of leads, follow-ups, and conversions
- Achieve monthly admission targets
Candidate Profile:
- Graduate in any field (MBA preferred)
- 0–3 years of experience in sales / marketing / education sector
- Strong communication & convincing skills
- Willingness to do field work & travel locally
- Target-driven and energetic personality
