Role Description
The Admissions Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Hisar, Haryana. The individual will oversee and manage the admissions process, ensure smooth collaboration with educational institutions, and implement digital admission strategies. Responsibilities include developing and executing effective admission campaigns, coordinating with stakeholders, analyzing admission data, and contributing to the growth and efficiency of CTPL's edtech solutions. Managing end-to-end admissions processes, reporting on metrics, and maintaining a high-quality experience for both students and institutions are integral parts of this role.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in admissions management, operations, or a similar domain
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills to interact with various stakeholders
- Proficiency in technology-driven systems with experience in digital platforms and tools
- Analytical and problem-solving skills to assess data and optimize processes
- Strategic mindset with an ability to implement and execute campaigns effectively
- Knowledge of higher education systems and admission procedures
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Education Management, or a related field; a Master's degree would be a plus
- Ability to work independently and manage tasks in a dynamic, on-site environment
