Role Description The Admissions Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Daund. This position is responsible for managing the end-to-end admissions process, including responding to inquiries, guiding prospective learners through program options, and ensuring timely processing of applications and documentation. The role involves coordinating with academic and administrative teams, maintaining accurate admissions records, and monitoring enrollment targets. The Admissions Manager will interact with prospective learners and families, conduct information sessions, support outreach activities, and help strengthen Global Eduversity’s reputation for responsive, learner-focused admissions.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in admissions, student services, or customer-facing educational roles, with strong counseling and advisory skills.
- Proficiency in organizing and managing application workflows, documentation, and record-keeping, with attention to accuracy and compliance.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with prospective learners, families, and internal stakeholders in a clear and professional manner.
- Comfort with using digital tools and basic office software for data entry, reporting, and communication; familiarity with CRM or admissions management systems is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Daund, prioritize multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and contribute positively to a collaborative team environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in education, administration, business, or a related field; prior experience in an educational institution or training organization is preferred.
