Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Raipur (CHHASTISGARH)
for the position of Admissions Manager. Responsibilities include overseeing and driving admission processes, conducting counseling sessions for prospective students, ensuring enrollment targets are met, and maintaining clear communication with candidates and their families. The Admissions Manager will also coordinate with other departments and ensure potential students have a seamless admission experience through effective guidance and support.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for conducting counseling sessions and interacting with candidates.
- Minimum 3 yrs of exp in similar role.
- Management and organizational skills to oversee the admission process and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
- Problem-solving skills and decision-making ability to address queries and potential challenges during the admission process
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools is a plus.
- Prior experience in admissions, counseling, or a relevant field is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Business Administration, Education, or Marketing is desirable.
