Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Admissions Manager located in Hisar. The Admissions Manager will oversee and coordinate student admissions processes, manage applicant inquiries, and ensure a seamless onboarding experience for all students. Responsibilities include implementing admissions strategies, monitoring enrollment targets, coordinating with internal departments, and maintaining a database of student records. The individual will also play a key role in fostering relationships with prospective students and external educational partners.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in admissions processes, enrollment strategies, and record management
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
- Experience in implementing digital or technology-based admissions platforms
- Ability to meet enrollment targets and maintain detailed documentation
- Problem-solving skills and ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Understanding of the higher education sector is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Business Administration, or related field
