Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Admissions Manager based on-site at our Jaipur location. The Admissions Manager will oversee and coordinate all aspects of the admissions process, including student recruitment, application management, and enrollment targets. Additional responsibilities include maintaining strong relationships with prospective students and educational institutions, managing data-driven strategies for admissions growth, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and institutional guidelines. Effective communication with internal teams and external stakeholders is a key part of this role.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in admissions management, student relationship management, and enrollment planning
- Experience with CRM tools, data analysis, and reporting techniques
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to lead teams, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines efficiently
- Experience in the higher education or EdTech sector is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Education Management, or a related field; Master’s degree is an advantage
- Willingness to work on-site in Jaipur
- Demonstrated adaptability, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to challenges
