Role Description
Key Responsibilities
• Counsel students for study abroad opportunities
• Handle enquiries and convert leads into admissions
• Follow up with students through calls and meetings
• Visit colleges and institutions for collaboration and lead generation
• Organize seminars and student awareness sessions
• Maintain student admission records and documentation
• Application process till visa process to be handled.
Requirements
• Experience in overseas education counseling (USA / UK / Europe)
• Strong communication and counseling skills
• Positive “To-Do” attitude
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment
• Willingness to travel for college visits and seminars
Qualifications
- Proficiency in student guidance, admissions management, and familiarity with overseas education systems
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively liaise with students, parents, and institutional partners
- Organizational and multitasking abilities to handle multiple applications and processes simultaneously
- Analytical skills to assess applications, review documents, and provide accurate recommendations
- Familiarity with CRM tools or educational management systems is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Education, Counseling, International Relations, or a related field
- International education experience or knowledge of visa processes and requirements is a plus
- A proactive approach with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
