Role Description
This is an on-site, full-time Admissions Intern role located in the Pune Division. The Admissions Intern will assist with student recruitment efforts, engage directly with prospective students, provide excellent customer service, and support the admissions team in various activities. Responsibilities include communicating with prospective students, handling inquiries, guiding candidates through the admissions process, and participating in events to promote the organization’s programs.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with prospective students and address inquiries.
- Sales and Student Recruiting experience to facilitate the admissions process and promote programs.
- An understanding of the Education sector and a passion for innovative teaching approaches.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team in an on-site environment.
- Proficiency in managing admissions tools/CRM systems is a plus.
- A Bachelor's degree in any relevant field is preferred.
