Role Highlights:
- Handle admission enquiries and counsel prospective parents.
- Guide families through the admission process, curriculum, and fee structure.
- Schedule campus visits and follow up with leads.
- Maintain CRM records and deliver an exceptional parent experience.
Who Can Apply?
- Female candidates
- Graduate/Undergraduate
- Freshers with excellent English communication are welcome
- 0–6 months of experience in admissions, customer service, sales, or counselling is preferred
Skills Required:
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English with excellent articulation and grammar.Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Customer-focused with a professional attitude
- Basic MS Office & CRM knowledge (Trainable)
