About the Role
Career Launcher is hiring energetic and target-driven professionals for the role of Counselor – Digital Sales. This role is ideal for candidates who are passionate about sales, customer interaction, and helping students choose the right educational solutions. Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and leads provided by Career Launcher
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable digital products/services
- Convert leads into enrollments and achieve assigned sales targets
- Build strong customer relationships through professional communication
- Follow sales processes, scripts, and quality standards effectively
- Maintain accurate customer records and updates in the system
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate / Post Graduate from a recognized university
- 0–4 years of experience in Sales, Tele Sales, Inside Sales, or Outbound Sales
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Strong persuasion, negotiation, and objection-handling skills
- Confident, customer-focused, and target-oriented approach
- Ability to work under pressure and meet daily/monthly targets
